Gables of Green included a combination assisted living and memory care center, spanning 77,000 square-feet. I-2 areas required specific ventilation and fire alarm requirements above and beyond Ohio Code requirements, adding a level of complexity during design. A single, centrally-located domestic hot water generation plant was designed to maintain proper sanitizing temperatures and capacities.
