Replacement of existing mechanical equipment included new 120-ton air-cooled chiller and (2) new 750 MBH heating water boilers. Associated pumps, chemical shot feeders, air/dirt separators, and expansion tanks were included in this replacement. New building automation control system was implemented to enhance building management and maximize energy savings.
